Software updates are designed to unlock additional features. Sensor IDs cannot be written into the control unit. To access the print function, either press and hold the F3 key after reading fault codes, or press and hold F3 on the battery test results page to enter the print mode.
Each universal cable is labeled with its protocol. You need to know which protocol each port on your motorcycle’s connector supports, then select the corresponding plug for connection.
Please verify that you are using the latest software version 25.9. If not, update first to see if the issue resolves. If not, after updating, re-record the video following the steps in the video tutorial. Once complete, exit normally to the desktop. Connect the scanner to your computer via USB, open the removable disk, locate the log file, and send it to us as a compressed package.
