There is a problem with the update; it does not allow connection to the ECU in any Bajaj model. I can only access the ABS. Please fix this, as I purchased the scanner precisely because we are an authorized Bajaj repair shop and want to be able to read error codes, clear them, and view live data, but I cannot do any of that.
Please first upgrade to the latest version V25.9 and try again. If the engine system still cannot be read, you will need to collect logs and record a video of the corresponding operation. Provide the motorcycle model and year. Note that version 25.9 does not require manually enabling the log switch. After completing the diagnosis, exit normally. The desktop screen will display a prompt indicating the successful save path and ID number.

Annual service reset goes normally but it cannot reset Oil Service on Ducati Multistrada V4S 2023.
Engine is off (only ignition is on) but device still give message “The function is not available when ENG is turned on” when i try to reset Oil Service. When i confirm with F1[OK] i get “Application failed” message.
Please advise
